What You’ll Do
As an L&D Intern, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service L&D programs. You’ll be responsible for managing training data, coordinating course enrollments, maintaining automations, and offering support to learners. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Publishing and maintaining online course data in collaboration with content developers and learners
- Testing eLearning projects for completion and providing feedback on results
- Supporting learners via email to address issues and enhance their user experience
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing effective solutions
- Managing, updating, and improving Power Automate communications and data solutions
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with Power Automate and Excel experience a plus
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Excellent time management and project planning abilities
