The Haskell Software Developer Role
Join the Vehicle Software team to build tools and infrastructure that accelerate software development for complex vehicle control systems.
You will:
- Collaborate with component owners to define use cases and develop productivity-enhancing technologies.
- Identify and implement improvements that increase organizational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Derive scalable designs from abstract requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy tools and services that augment the development process.
- Ensure your solutions scale across Tesla’s advanced vehicle firmware systems.
What You Bring
- Education: Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; graduation between August 2025 and August 2026.
- Technical Skills: Production experience in Haskell and proficiency in Python.
- Fundamentals: Strong grasp of software fundamentals.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability: Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must work 40 hours per week on-site (international students with CPT must verify full-time work eligibility with their school).

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation:
$36.06 – $50.48 per hour + benefits
